'Crust & Craftsmanship' started off as a vision: to share the true Neapolitan pizza experience in London. The Bianchi family opened our doors in 1985 as a quaint, family-operated eatery, holding on to recipes that have traversed family lines.
Marco Bianchi, our trailblazer, mastered the craft of pizza creation amidst her Italian sojourn, learning from esteemed pizza makers in Naples, where pizza took its first breath. Once back in the UK, her mission was to recreate the essence of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to age-old methods and selecting the best ingredients available.
Our business has flourished from a compact 12-seater pizza shop to a cherished community staple. Still, our dedication to supreme quality and genuine practices stand firm. We honor the art of using wood-burning ovens, making our dough in-house every day, and procuring top-tier ingredients.
'Crust & Craftsmanship' is still directed by the Bianchi lineage, presently in the hands of its second generation, guiding our zealous crew. Even though we've taken up some contemporary adaptions, at our foundation, we remain consistent: serving delectable, true pizza that unites people.
